On April 16, 8th grade students from Hillel Day School and Malcolm X Academy gathered together for the Freedom Seder 2019. Students not only connected but also shared their stories about escaping from slavery and rejoiced in freedom.
Students were joined by Michigan’s Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist.
